The Dover (NH) Housing Authority has contracted with HKT to design renovations to Central Towers, a 274-unit complex that houses seniors and is one of many properties owned and managed by the DHA. We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with the DHA again, and continue a relationship that began in the 1980s when we designed Edgar W. Boise Terrace, 20 units of senior housing with a passive solar heating system.
