At the American Association of Museums annual conference, held in Boston this year, HKT’s Elizabeth Wylie chaired a panel session on Green Museums with panelists Andrea Durham (Museum of Science), Jim Younger (The Trustees of Reservations) and Alexis Kariolides (Rocky Mountain Institute). The session was intended to stimulate discussion, inform and inspire museum professionals to consider the big and small ways their institutions can adopt sustainable practices to help their bottom line and create better environments for working and learning.
