The project will transform a 100 year-old building into a state of the art green facility. The basis of this work is solid planning in a team approach involving designers and constructors, engineers and owners around the same table. As a team we are developing a shared vision and phased work plan to help the institution weave together capital improvements with long-term strategies for institutional and environmental sustainability.
