Salem State College, Ellison Student Center

HKT created a Master Plan for phased renovations to the Ellison Student Center at Salem State College. Completed renovations to the first floor addressed quality of life and service issues for employees and students. The upgrades allowed the College to centralize three student services departments: Life Counseling & Heath Services, Career Services, and Commuter Student Service. Tje program included department offices, a conference room, lounge and waiting areas, medical exam rooms, an ambulance service area. and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems.
