Spofford Pond School

HKT designed the expansion of two elementary schools, including additions and renovations for this 4-6 grade elementary school. The project involved the addition of six classrooms; one new science classroom; a new computer laboratory and media center; and expansion of the cafetorium. A major project goal was to bring the facility’s communication and computer networks up to state-of-the-art standards. We also redesigned traffic access and circulation patterns to enable better management of vehicular traffic and to help ensure student safety.

Completion: 1997
