Thayer House

Thayer House required more space as a result of population growth. Completion of a new addition along with renovations to the existing portion allows the facility to serve 20 assisted living residents. The solution provided a separate addition on the rear of the building connected to the existing structure by a walkway, addressing a steep slope at the rear of the lot and the need to preserve exterior architectural details. This addressed the site constraints while also minimally disrupting residents during construction.
