Ventress Hall Rehabilitation

HKT is performing a feasibility study for the Town of Marshfield to rehabilitate Ventress Hall. The hall was originally constructed in 1895 and currently houses the Marshfield Public School Administrative Offices, including the Superintendent of Schools. The goal of this project is to renovate and update the building so that it can provide the Town with a functional, accessible space. The study includes extensive site investigation, potential future uses for the building, layout options, and accessibility and code upgrades.
